Geese in a park

Got to visit the Carl S. English Jr. Botanical Garden near the Ballard Locks in Seattle the other day. So lovely. Here are some large geese feeding on a lawn.

A few weeks ago when the skies were so smoky from Canadian wildfires, there were some beautiful moments.

River reflections

We went camping at Staircase campground in the Olympic Peninsula in Washington, in the Pacific Northwest. It was beautiful.

Fog in Seattle

The Pacific Northwest has many evergreens but also enough deciduous trees for a beautiful fall season. This was across from my house.

Evening cloudscape

Taken from the floating 520 bridge from Seattle to Mercer Island. Love that string of puffy pink clouds at the bottom left.

Clouds from above for Skywatch

Here are some clouds somewhere between Seattle and Arizona, from that otherworldly perspective, above. I don’t know why it’s exciting to see clouds from above, but it is. I think it activates my childhood fantasy of bouncing or resting on them. Anyway, I thought it’s pretty.
