Snowy Scenic Sunday
It’s snowing right now here in Seattle but too dark for photos. The snow, our first this winter, made me look for something scenic to post that included snow. How about this one? Taken last year at my old house in the back yard. When nature cooperates, you don’t need to go far for photos worth taking. I hope you agree. For more Scenic Sunday posts, click HERE.

Oh my, that is gorgeous! I like it when it’s on the trees…not on my car, lol.
That’s fascinating…
I’ve never experienced a snowy weather 🙁
Thanks for sharing this scene.
Love all your photo shot here.
So beautiful & magical
Hi Sara,
I like the the trees covered with snow. This is my first year in America and I’m looking forward in seeing a snow around our place in Frederick, I like your photo. I already saw one time but it happened during the night and in the morning the snow vanish,Lol! Thanks for sharing this.
I think of Seattle as being warmer than New Jersey, but I am wrong! What a pretty scene you have photographed. We still have lots of brown. I’m putting together a post of Today’s Flowers, mostly greens and browns with a bit of color.
Love the bright blue of this shot. I see this is last year: much more snow than we got all last year!
Hello,
Just dropping by ’cause I’m a new member of Scenic Sunday. Like your snow laden trees and the bright blue sky behind them. Do you have a Holly shrub in your garden?
We got our first snow this year too up here near Bellingham and the sun is trying to peak out. We lost our power over night from the high winds coming down the Frasier Vally in Canada. I am looking forward to the sunshine that we are supposed to get over the next few days.
This is really beautiful, Sara! Snow really adds beauty to nature.
I used to join SW but they kicked my blog out because I have paid posts. 🙁
Gorgeous. I love when the trees are covered in snow they look so pretty.
wow! perfect timing, the snow covered the tress and it’s beautiful, wish i can capture like that too.
Very scenic and beautiful!
Paz
This is winter at its best…blue skies and sparkling snow. Unfortunately, it has to share time with winter at its worst…grey storms and ice. Beautiful picture.
