Seattle shadows and meme link
Oh, the last sunny days of summer. Maybe this year will be different, but many years in Seattle it turns cloudy and rainy at the beginning of September and just doesn’t seem to quit until July of the following year.

What a terrific shot, Sara! It does look as if the sun is getting ready for a long fall, winter, early spring nap!! Hate to see it go! It’ll surely make finding good shadows a lot more difficult.

Yeah! same here too… Feels we don’t have summer this year 2009. Wind, rain and chilly. Nothing to be proud of but anyhow, some days we’re hot… that I for sure be proud of.

Whoa! From September through to July is a terribly long period of cloudy rainy weather. I don’t think I’d cope very well at all! A beautiful shadow shot! Thanks for the link to that meme site. Just had a quick look and was amazed by how many they have listed 🙂
Yes, Seattle is challenging in that regard. It has more cloudy days than any other city I know. It makes us positively euphoric when the sun shines! It’s also true that I may exaggerate slightly, but it sure FEELS like that.

I’ll take the winter rains any day over the freezing snows coming our way…makes me dream of Florida and the perfect winter weather…ewwwwww!!!
