Vegas chandelier
I was in Las Vegas for a conference last week. What a place! The land of glitter and excess, a little strange out there in the desert, but some lovely photo opportunities nevertheless. Here is a chandelier, maybe eight or ten feet across (3 meters), reflected in the mirrors all around it. The best part is that it was just at the entrance to the monorail station. Vegas is amazing!

Yes, Vegas is quite the town. I always enjoy it, but I’m not a gambler, so I don’t go often. Love your capture, today.
Great photo.
Very impressive chandelier and great pictures!!
Wonder how the “Vegas Chandelier” is cleaned!
I have to admit never visited Vegas.

I came over for Today’s flower but must have missed it. One thing I liked about Vegas is that you could take pictures almost everywhere. I never got hassled once.
Hi!
Beautiful shot!! Glass and mirrors seem to like each other a lot. Have a great day!

Sara, what a gorgeous chandelier and reflection! Also it’s amazing it’s an SOOC capture as well! Great job! 🙂
Great shot of the chandelier. I love your rose as the guest host of Today’s Flower this week.
This was my first time visit to your blog. I really enjoyed it. You have some very awesome photography! Thank you for sharing.
That is a pretty shot of chandelier…Happy SOOC Sunday.
Great reflections shot. The chandelier is pretty amazing, and I love the reflections of people in the ceiling.
That’s beautiful. I used to go to Vegas all the time when it was a 45 min flight or a few hour drive. Is that the Paris Hotel Casino?
I believe that we were still in the Sahara, near the top of the Strip. It was over the escalator down to the monorail. Fun!
Thanks, everyone, for stopping by and leaving such fun comments. I sure like reading them! Reflections rock, and luckily perfect exposure on the Auto setting sure makes for great SOOC shots.
