Tiny sailboat and ferry
Seattle sits on Puget Sound and the sun sets over the water, behind various islands in the distance, and the western view can be so lovely, even in the typical gray skies we usually deal with in these parts.

I love the pastel skies in this one, they give the photo a very peaceful feeling. I think Seattle is one of the most beautiful cities I’ve ever visited.
It is really a beatiful place – we love it.
Was in Seattle twice this Summer, and went by boat t/r Victoria.

A beautiful scene, you have a wonderful view of the water. Happy Scenic Sunday!
Beautiful.
Sail away! Nice photo!!!
The picture radiates so much of peace!
Great capture.
Wish I was sitting there taking that view in. Sigh! As for my shot, I was sitting on a bit at the edge of the pond admiring the reflections in the water and those big koi were swimming around under the shimmering water and I wondering how a shot would come out. I’m glad I went for it. 🙂
A beautiful and dreamy sight!
Sara: I’m sure that my hubby was on that Ferry on a recent Salmon fishing trip in the area of Victoria BC.
He and my son flew into Seattle from Pheonix!Loved their stay in Seatlle!
