Cherry blossoms
In Belltown (a trendy neighborhood in Seattle) on Friday, lots of cherry trees, some with these burgundy colored leaves, were blooming. Here’s a pretty photo with the heavenly blue sky showing in the background. NOTE: I’ve been advised that these are plum blossoms, not cherry. Still beautiful!

No cherry blossoms for us yet. We’ve had a very cold week-end and it’s not going to warm up until later this week. Maybe spring will come this year. Maybe not. Have great week.
Very pretty!

I haven’t seen the real cherry blossoms, but they are always fabulous in photos. We have an endemic ‘cherry blossom-like’ flowers, we call it Palawan cherry, and will post it next time. Palawan is a province here in the country.
