At the dinner party on the terrace last week (see post below) here are the fragrant roses I brought our hostess that I grew in my garden. That great late afternoon light does it every time.

Yes, they are from my garden, Noel. Still some rose loveliness out there, even if the big flush is over.
These are a beautiful rose any time but with the sun on them, they’re glowing.
