Dahlia macro
Volunteer Park in Seattle has a dahlia garden, very well maintained by the local Dahlia Society. The other day the sun was shining, and I was happy to see this.

Lovely Composed shot…:)
I love the play of sun and shadow across the face of the dahlia!!
What a beauty… the light is exquisite shining through the petals. I do hope you will share with I Heart Macro too:-)
I love the light and the shadows in this shot.
Simple image become extraordinary. Like it up close and personal.

Really like this one! Have a great weekend♪
Love the light/shadows and curving lines of these delicate petals. Kudos!!!
I love the curling petals.
And again, thank you so much!!! Your macro is gorgeous, so sharp and with all that great detail.
Beautiful shot, I like the backlit glow of the petals, the little curling petals, and the spiraling structures in the center.
I think “majestic” is the word! Or “grace” – “magnificent” – ( i am obviously very impressed:) )
The light, colour, movement, composition – all so beautiful. Thanks for sharing on Mandarin Orange Monday:)
