Christmas cactus
Visiting my cousin recently in Philadelphia on a snowy day, I marveled that her Christmas cactus was actually blooming right before Christmas. I think I have a Halloween cactus at my house.

Beautiful colour flowers Sara. I was looking at some Cactii Flowers on Flickr yesterday & I was amazed that they have such amazingly beautiful flowers on them when they bloom. One of them had masses of yellow flowers with petals that looked like delicate feathers.
Stunning colour. Cactus flowers are so beautiful – I guess they have to be to make up for the prickles.
