Julia Child rosebush
Happy Solstice! Here’s a portrait of sunshine. I planted this ‘Julia Child’ David Austin rosebush three years ago, maybe four. It’s on its own roots. I have never seen such a vigorous, floriferous rose. The Carding Mill I bought at the same time is less than one quarter the size. The only tiny complaint I have is that the flowers lose their exquisite, pale yellow petals very quickly after the roses are fully open.

Love the yellow.
I have had knock-out roses that have to be pruned in the middle of the growing season to keep them from getting out of control.
Have a blessed week.
Wow that’s FULL of beautiful blooms!

Yellow is such a happy color. What a beautiful rosebush.
Have a fabulous Wordless Wednesday. ♥
Yellow roses are my favorite! Have a great day!
Roses are my number one flower, and I even made a 24 x 24 inch painting of a yellow rose:) /still working on making myself at home and adding on my new blog. One must-have for me is a page with paintings:) How are you holding up? Here it is humid and hot in the 90ties. Have a great week Sarah, Jeshie2
