I agree – a wonderful shot! Many times I prefer buds to open flowers, buds are full of promise. And waiting is the best part, blooming goes over so soon.

Oh yes i agree, the excitement done by the buds are more than the flowers. I am an amaryllis hobbyist, still collecting though, and those already with me gives me a lot of pleasurable moments.
