Normandy Park view
This overlook is right near my house. I have been complaining about the gray, wet skies, but when I see clouds like this I am content. And besides, as a gardening friend said, it’s great for weeding.
Visit Skywatch Friday for more skies seen round the world, and Scenic Sunday for more amazing scenery. And if you like skies, be sure to scroll down a photo or so and see my post of the Port Townsend beach and sky. It was extra dramatic! Oh that is fabulous! What a lot of layers of various clouds! Hopefully you’ll have a sunny, warm weekend.
What a gorgeous view Sara! Beautiful photo. Thanks for visiting me and for suggesting the “Window Seat” book. I must go and find this now as I am forever taking plane window photos! It makes the flight not so boring!! Have a great weekend 🙂
Kaunis maisema! Taivas ihana. Mielestäni loisto otos! [google translate from Finnish: Beautiful scenery! Beautiful sky. I think deluxe sample!]
Wow, those layers of clouds make for an interesting photo.
Beautiful sky, Sara. The weather may be crazy here but the clouds have been gorgeous haven’t they. MB
Wonderful photo, the clouds are amazing!
Gorgeous photo!
That’s a fantastic sky, Sara.
I love all the action in it.
I love your pics. Flowers everywhere, with wonderful colors, majestic close-ups and good ideas to tell what you think deep inside. This sky is standing like the King over the sea. Blue & gray & cloudy. I enjoyed this part of America. Your blog persuades me to fly back to Washington State on 2011, summer…
The sky really overpowers the landscape. Good SW shot.
Such a lovely sky photo. Love the formation of the clouds. Great shot.
Amazing.
