Sunset view of Puget Sound
Here is a view of Puget Sound from Shoreline, a bit north of Seattle, on a recent heavenly and warm day. A perfect end to a perfect day.
Visit Skywatch Friday for skies seen round the world. I think today is an important anniversary there, too, so there may be something special afoot. This is also a post for Scenic Sunday.
You might try “sunset” in the search field, or try clicking on the “scenic” tag. You never know what you’ll find! Return to the latest post by clicking on Sara’s Fave Photos, above.

Great sky in this shot.
Your sky shot is very lovely. I like the golden color in the sky.
Thanks for visiting my blog and for your kind words.
So very lovely, Sara! We do have such gorgeous skies here in Washington! Marvelous capture as always. Thanks for your participation in Sky Watch as we start a 4th year! Have a wonderful weekend!

Beautiful picture! So peaceful. I just returned from your neck of the woods. I so love it there… of course, I have some beautiful grandchildren who live there, but regardless, it is a gorgeous corner of the world. You may enjoy my Puget Sound pictures: http://www.ThisgrandmothersGarden.com
Beautiful sunset! But anytime you have beautiful skyline and water you get nice sunsets.
What a multi -layered pastel scene – very dreamy!
Ciao Sara,
molto bella questa scena di sabato.
Bella foto.
Felice sabato :-))
[google translate says:] Hello Sara,
Very beautiful scene on Saturday.
Nice picture.
Happy Saturday :-))
Like a beautiful painting 🙂
Beautiful! Love the colors and all the layers in the photo.
The sky looks like an artist layering his colors.
It’s a perfect photo too. Even the sky colors are fading to pale pastels when the day is done. Peaceful, calm evening sky, gorgeous.
I like to visit your blog, Sara. I come weekly around these colorful pages to drink emotions and cherish my hopes or dreams. I especially enjoy your landscape pics. Everything seems to be fresh, human and powerful in this part of America. Mother Nature is gliding over our minds. You can’t imagine how I love Washington State… Thank you for the trip !
