Sky views in the Bronx
While I was in New York, I stayed at my friends’ place on the 14th floor in Riverdale, in the Bronx. Here is a view from their apartment on three different days. The big bunch of green trees is Van Cortlandt Park, one of the largest city parks anywhere, I’m told.

Quite the variety of weather you had, that is a fantastic view. Love the pics.
Have a great weekend.

Awesome views. I love those trees. I think the middle one is my favorite. Terrific skies!
Terrific shots and a variety, indeed!
Love the second one, there’s an almost toy land feel about it! Great trees and great skies!
Thanks for sharing, have a great weekend!
Very nice shots! I love the combination of buildings, landscape, and sky.
There are times when I’m sad or feeling bored I’m just looking at the sky and it makes me happy and inspired.
I love the photo! It looks peaceful from here.
Thank you for sharing! God Bless!
What gorgeous pictures. Is that your view? In which case I’m deeply envious! 🙂
Great viewpoint! I like the variety of the skies on the 3 days.
Well… my idea of the Bronx is well and truly shattered! Look at all that greenery… even the non-park bits!
Wonderful idea Sara – a sequence of photos.
Truly amazing, what a difference between these skies!
The images look as if the had been taken from much higher up than “only” 14 stories.
I have a friend in Manhattan living on the 38th floor. I swear that looks much lower. 😉
i just think that second shot is fab.
thanks for sharing.
have a lovely weekend.
