Sedum flower
This little hen-and-chicks sedum on my patio is only maybe 1.5″ or 4 cm. across, but it has an amazing flower (see 2nd photo below). I like these succulents because the circular leaf pattern looks like a flower, and then it HAS flowers. The individual pink flower is half an inch or so across.
Today’s Flowers is showing a couple of my photos this weekend. Be sure to visit as many of the participants as you can, and leave a comment so they will know you visited.
Joining the fun at Pink Saturday, Ruby Tuesday 2, Monday Mellow Yellows, Outdoor Wednesday, Floral Friday, Weekend Flowers, NF Blo-Ma Tuesday, My Romantic Home, Fishtail Cottage Wednesday, Macro Monday, and Garden Tuesday. Please browse around here and come back soon!

Beautiful flowers!
I love these, they’re gorgeous!
Love your sedum flowers. Mine are just coming into full bloom although they are not supposed to do that in mid-winter!.
The double pink azalea i you guest fried photos certainly makes a great splash of colour in the garden.
I can smell that ‘Double Delight’ from here.
These beautiful shots are making me miss my sedum which I lost some years ago.
Huhu Daniela,
das sind ja großartige Makros. Kompliment!
Danke für deinen cmt.: Es ist wahrscheinlich die Hundsrose, jdfls eine Art von Wildrosen, deren Früchte Hagebutten heissen.
Beste Grüße zum Wochenende, Wieczora (◔‿◔)

I don’t think I have seen one with the tiny white hairs on the leaves… That makes a wonderful change!!! I can’t manage to keep them going, but I love to see them!!!
These are very beautiful! Thank you for not only sharing these gorgeous flowers with us Sara, but for also being our Guest Friend this week. I have been enjoying your photography now for I don’t know how long. Always such a pleasure to visit here.
