Marina at sunset
I don’t know why I always want to take photos of boats in a marina. Maybe it’s the reflections, maybe it’s the neat picket of the masts, maybe it’s just the possibilities waiting for adventure. The Des Moines, WA marina looks good at sunset, doesn’t it?

I never tire of boats and water. They always seem to be waiting for adventures at marinas. I too am drawn for a photo shoot at such places.
You like to take photos of it because it’s a beautiful scene!

I agree with you. There is something spectacular about marinas and the boats docked there. The stories of the places they’ve been, the seas they’ve rode upon, the people aboard them. It’s really quite fascinating in that aspect and they make terrific subjects for photography and reflections.
