Seattle’s Great Wheel
Still haven’t gone up on the huge new ferris wheel in Seattle, but here’s a photo of it at dusk I took last week. The LED lighting on it up plays in many patterns. You can see the viaduct, soon to be no more, at the bottom.
Joining up at Skywatch Friday, Scenic Weekends, Outdoor Wednesday, Ruby Tuesday 2, Pink Saturday, Blue Monday, Thursday Challenge (Clouds), Straight out of the Camera Sunday, Water World Wednesday, and Saturday Show Off. Thank you so much for your visit here, and be sure to try a search of something like ferris wheel, just for fun.

Looks like typical Seattle winter weather. That’s a big ferris wheel, it must be pretty when all lit up.
A wonderful photo!
What a view from that wheel!
Happy New Year! xox
Wonderful shot. I’d like to enjoy the view from the wheel.
Hi Sara,
It looks like it’d be a wonderful ride. Thanks for sharing.
Have a Happy Blue Monday.
I gave up those type rides along time ago.
Love the purples in the sky and water!

Hi Sara
We’ve just had our Melbourne Great Wheel the Southern Star reopen – it’s had a few problems over the years but it looks a lovely edition to any skyline.I bet the view is lovely from the top!
Have a great week

That’s a winner! Love it along with the moody sky!
Great shot. I stay away from those rides because I always get stuck at the top!
