Yellow door

We visited the Bonnet House in Ft. Lauderdale. Here is a door that fascinated me.

Florida beach

I got to go to Florida last week and here is what the beach looked like where I stayed.

Maritime Building

Driving on the Seattle Viaduct, soon to be no more, the stop-and-go traffic let me take this photo. The “golden hour,” truly.

Feeding seagulls

The other day in Mukilteo, WA, near the ferry dock, a very scenic group of seagulls. Isn’t it cute the way the ones on the ground are watching her, all ready?

Witch hazel tree

I really need to get a witch hazel tree. My neighbors have one and it smells fabulous.

Seattle’s 12th man

Tomorrow is a big game for Seahawks fans. I really like the flags all around town with the simple “12” design, showing fandom. Seattleites will be delirious if they win tomorrow and go to the Super Bowl for the second year in a row. Good luck, Hawks!

Mt. Rainier from Lake Washington

Driving across Lake Washington towards Mercer Island on I90 in Seattle, there is beautiful Mt. Rainier to the south. Which version is better?
