Today at the incomparable Volunteer Park Conservatory  in Seattle, the Corpse Flower (Amorphophallus titanum)is getting ready to bloom,

The so-called Corpse Lily, a giant, rotting=scented flower, will bloom quite soon

but what pulled me in were the nearby hydrangeas.

The name of this rose is Honor. The late afternoon light was so beautiful this evening.
