Ruby Tuesday . . . Rubies!
I just love the way the water droplets (this is Seattle, after all) look like rubies on the leaves. This was on a walk just a week or two ago. At least I got the bulbs planted before the recent deluge.

Beautiful plant and droplets! I have one of these in my yard in the Seattle Area…
I miss my home there.
Happy Ruby Tuesday!

The droplets add depth to the leaf. Even better when the sun illuminates the prism each droplet will illuminate. A nice shade of red each leaf is as well. Happy Ruby Tuesday!

Your photos are all stunning…the colors of the leaves and the droplets are really unusual…it is hard to get photos in the rain I know I am not far away…cheers.

The bits of water on the leaves truly create a wonderful photo. I love the varieties of pinks and dark shades of red (tinged with purple) against the green foliage in back.
