Ruby Tuesday and Wordless Summer Strawberries
It’s winter here in Seattle and the two weeks of snow is gone, but summer is far away and seems almost impossible, somehow. But here are strawberries from July, sweet as sugar, to feast the eyes on, at least. For more ideas about the color red, click HERE.
I’m in Seattle right now and was so happy to be able to drive around by myself the last couple of days. Happy the snow is melting. Those strawberries do hold promise of what is to come…
Happy New Year!
Great post for Ruby Tuesday! Yummmm!
very colorful!
glad to hear the snow is melting, I really felt for all of you the past week or so
have a happy new year!
YUM! Because of your photo, I can hardly wait for June and fresh Ontario strawberries. 😉
Those do look good. I took some photos of my strawberry plants’ leaves, which are almost as red as the strawberries were last spring. One of these days I’ll post those…
Yum…..I can almost taste them!! Happy WW.
I love strawberry too, nice capture..I miss strawberry picking…
Oh summery delight!
Oh … I love strawberries!!! Interestingly I have a few plants in my yard and have gotten a few this past week. Not quite as tasty as ‘in season’ but better than frozen.
Hugs and blessings,
Looks delicious! You can find some flavorful local ones all summer at Pike Place Market! Until then, the grocery store does well to satisfy those summer cravings.
Oh yum! A little bit of summer during dreary Winter! Thanks and Happy Ruby Tuesday! 🙂
