Shadow Shot Sunday in the kitchen
Here’s a photo of my kitchen the other day. The winter sun here in Seattle is so low in the sky that it comes in the window almost horizontally. To see other shadows, or share one of your own, visit Hey Harriet’s wonderful blog.
That’s lovely! Especially the shadows of the stool legs. Your kitchen looks like a nice warm spot to enjoy breakfast on a cold winter morning. Unless the sun comes through in the afternoon. Then it’s a nice spot for an afternoon snack on a cold winter afternoon 🙂

I really like the relationship between the chair the rest of the kitchen. The chair shows the human presence and makes me think of how the kitchen is a hub for the family and life.

Yes, the low angel of the sun makes for amazing shadows.
