Ruby Tuesday Japanese Maple
Here’s a red post for you, all out of season I know, but still worth a look on a gray day like today. Actually, it’s snowing right now, but supposed to melt later but stay cloudy. Thus my interest in something colorful.

Thank you for the shot of color on a very icy day here in NW Arkansas.
Wow! That is my all time favorite tree. I love the ones with the feathery leaves. Just spectacular. Great choice for RT. Enjoy the day.
I love the red maple! I had a small plant of it back in England but managed to kill it. I don’t think it liked the kind of soil we had. There are some stunning ones where we live- I always want to go and sit beneath it. Beautiful!
Happy Ruby Tuesday! Mine’s up too.

I love Japanese Maples…they are so beautiful and this one is certainly “Ruby”!
Hello Sara Chapman from Seattle! This is that other Sara, in Southern California. Thank you for your recent comment; I’m flattered, coming from a serious photographer as you seem to be.
The red maple is wonderful….don’t you just love all that color? But water, skies, and light are my favorite topics I think.
Such a gorgeous Japanese maple. Oh how I wish they were hardy enough for my gardens. Gardeners can grow them in Toronto but, although I’m only about an hour north, they rarely survive a winter or two.
Very nice photo!
All the red against the green grass patch makes the place look the least dull. Natural beauty 🙂
I love this photo. I love the vibrant red. Perfect for Ruby Tuesday!

Wondeful Japanese maple!! I have never seen one so lush before. Maybe because we are on the very edge of its range. Thanks for sharing!
Nice, the Japanese maple. My neighbors have one. I like looking at the colorful foliage, everything here is so gray and cold and icy.
