Skywatch Friday from Florida
My folks used to live near Ft. Lauderdale in Florida. I took this many years ago and it’s still a real fave of mine. I love this time of day, and there’s nothing like pink, billowy clouds over water for a serene feeling.

I’m not sure I’ve ever seen such a gorgeous lavender/pink sky. Even the sea and sand has taken on some of the colour. I can see why this photo is one of your favourites!

Oh no, no filters. I don’t have them and don’t know how to use them. It was just that time of day, and of course, this was scanned from an old print, but that is how I remember the scene looked. Thanks for asking.
