Watery and Wordless Wednesday river scene
A river scene for your pleasure, taken on an April day on the way back from a birthday trip to Astoria, Oregon. We stopped at some little river and bought oysters, and the sun came out for a moment. For other watery interpretations, click HERE. You can also see some scenic posts HERE.
Very nice scenery!
Happy Wednesday! 🙂

Hi Sara, thank you for stopping by at my blog :). I have contacted my friend Erwin and told him about your kind words on his photo. We go way back into our high school years and I’m so thankful for our friendship. This river scene here is absolutely beautiful, too. The water seems so clean and tranquil. I had a great pleasure viewing this scenery. Best wishes.
The river looks so serene and that boat is somehow uniquely made.
Oysters you say? Now where exactly is this little river? 😀
I wouldn’t mind taking a little trip down that river just to see where it goes….
🙂
Love how the water curls around to the horizon and the boat seems pointed in that direction! Great shot!
I love this photo Sara! Great composition and framing.
Enjoy your day!

I think it’s a wonderful water scene. No words needs after the photo. 😉
Happy Week!

What a beautiful curve there is in the river. I hope your oysters were yummy!
Sara, thank you so much for join in on my Scenic Sunday post. What a neat picture! Such a pretty river. I bet those oysters were really good. Hope you come back and enjoy the scenery with me again.
Great picture, I just love coastal pictures. They are so relaxing. Makes you want to get in a little boat and just sail away. The fireworks photo is stunning, as are all your photos. Thanks for sharing.
pretty shot. I like the way you framed it.
Such a serene setting! t could spend hours here soaking in the sun and looking for photo opportunities.
