Pansies
This a a top fave flower photo of mine, again from New York’s Bronx Botanical Garden. These little pansies were at their peak, and perfection in a modest little flower, to my mind. For more heavenly flowers around the world, visit Today’s Flowers.

Beautiful shot and beautiful pansies! I took a shot of some not that long ago but they didn’t turn out this nice.
Your shot is awesome and the colors of these pansies wonderful.
Such friendly faces, always smiling, pretty with an alluring scent. A beautiful picture.
I love pansies, too. Your shot is stunning. It’s so clear and three dimensional-like!
Beautiful colors. I haven’t been here in a long time.
You photo are so crisp and clear it almost like looking at the real thing.
Love the mild-coloures pansies!
My favourites ar the small ones, and they come in so many different colours
Great photo!

Beautiful pansies and so soft looking ~ my mother’s favorite flower .. she is unable to do anymore gardening due to a stroke on Mother’s Day. I will treasure this lovely container of pansies.
What a great shot of this sweet flower! The pansies sometimes look like they are made of velvet, especially the dark colored ones. But these are really lovely in color! Like a summers day!
The pansies have such lovely faces, it looks as if it is smiling at you. 🙂
We get to see a lot of purple and red variety here.
Lovely tri-colors of the pansies 🙂
Thanks to all for visiting and the pansy-friendly comments. I like this photo so much that I am especially glad you like it!
Hi Sarah, those pansies are so pretty. In fact, I have crocheted an afghan in stained glass design and the pansies were cross stitched over. I’ve done that a long time ago and it was too complicated, I do not want to do that pattern anymore.
Your Violas make a wonderful showing. Nice shot too.
I’ve never seen that color pansies before. They are really pretty. =)
beautiful dainty blooms, i love the shading of colors!
So pretty.
I do love pansies and have them growing in many colors in my yard. Yours are delicate and lovely.
Hugs and blessings,
I love this photo. Pansies are a favorite of mine, and these are particularly pretty.
I love pansies. Someone once described them as flowers with faces. 😉 I agree. I took a whole batch of photos of them a few days ago but haven’t posted them.

Pansies are one of my mother’s favorites too. I planted them for the first time in my yard this year and they’re doing well.
Lovely, lovely photo!
