Frosty the Snowman
I do love Santa the best, but Frosty is my second fave holiday personage. Something so delightful about him; I just can’t explain. Perhaps his rotund shape, and now that I think about it, Santa qualifies there, too. In any case, one of those houses near me that go all out with Christmas lights and decor featured this Frosty who doffs his hat repeatedly for you. Nice!
This week’s Thursday Challenge is Lights, and a very perfect subject it is. Merry everything to you!
What fun – I love this!
It’s such a lovely decorations!
Adorable decorations and you captured them so well. I am going to make my New Year’s resolution to work more with night photos using a tripod!
Actually, I did not use a tripod. I hate carrying them around so have gotten much better at bracing against things or resting the camera on something. One thing that seems to help is pushing the shutter down and then pausing before releasing. It seems to jar the camera less on slow speeds. And this scene is actually pretty well lit, which really helps! Thanks for visiting and commenting.
I love Frosty too and this one is very kewl 😉
Wonderful photo of these colorful lighted decorations at night!
Hugs and blessings,
A tip of the hat
gives Frosty a jaunty air—
Merry Christmas, all!
My Challenge Photo
Great photo. Don’t ya just love it when someone else does all the really hard work and all you have to do is capture it? Well done!

Tripods are indeed cumbersome. A monopod is great alternative.
