Window reflection
Here’s a scene from a perfect day last September. I just loved the way the home was surrounded by greenery and even reflected it in the windows. That light color in the middle window is the trunk of a huge tree.

lovely shot
It is really lush and green, that deep green one sees in late summer late (in August and September).
I do miss that light and warmth at this time of year.
For once, a picture from Seattle that has more sunshine than Reno. We’ve been overcast, rainy, snowy, and foggy for a month.
Oh wow It really is surrounded in green. Very co0l capture!
Hi, Sara;
Popped over to pay you a visit and thank you for commenting on my blog. Yes, I guess I do get lots more sunshine than a Seattle gardener but the grass is indeed always greener! Especially in your area. 🙂 I used to work with K2 up on Vashon Island and I dearly love your ‘neck of the woods.’
Amazing reflections.
And also the fact you dicosvered this fantastic view.
A view most people to day just do not see at all.
Greetings from
Norway
What a pretty view of your home! September is a lovely month in most places. The weather is usually fabulous – not too hot and not too cold.
It looks really warm! Jealous, cause I’m freezing in TN!

beautiful. a gorgeous home. happy ww!
Thanks everyone for visiting and leaving such nice comments. You understand that it is NOT my home, but I do love the green surroundings. That’s what September is all about. January is mostly another story.
Sara, you certainly have an eye for an interesting photo. I’ve noticed that since I started taking pictures with my digital camera I am much more aware of my surroundings and their artistic possibilities.
Thanks again for sharing your wonderful photos.
The light in this shot is wonderful Sara.
such lovely bright reflections!
The windows have way more reflection than I would have thought. Nice catch and nice shot.
The reflections in the windows make this house seem even more a part of the yard then it already is. Nicely captured.
