Dusk at Normandy Park overlook
Dusk is my favorite time of day. I’m not usually up at dawn, so late in the day is my chance to see the fading light and softly glowing sky I love so much. This Normandy Park overlook of Puget Sound (which is a short walk from my house) even has some late-blooming dogwood gracing the view.

Marvelous capture, as always, Sara! We do have so much beauty to enjoy, to photograph! How blessed we are to live in this area! Happy 4th of July! Hope you have a terrific weekend! Enjoy!

You’ve laid hold on the stillness and mystery of twilight! Or what I like to call the “gloaming” … I too enjoy end-of-day scenes! Thanks for the beauty!
Good shot.
Oh that is really pretty. The dogwood flowers almost looks like soft snowflakes! Great views from that park!
Lovely atmosphere.
This looks a very wintry photo, with the silver on the trees.
