Island shadow
That crabbing expedition out from Anacortes, WA last week yielded some yummy crabs and some neat photos, too. Here’s another island, casting its shadow upon the water.
Do visit Shadow Shot Sunday for more interesting shadows of all kinds, Scenic Sunday for scenery and Weekend Reflections, too. And before you go, maybe the category of Waterscape has some neat photos you’ve never seen. Click on Sara’s Fave Photos for the latest post here.
That is a gorgeous shot, love both the shadows and reflections.
Hiya Sara,
I agree with Angela, that is indeed gorgeous.
Wonderful photo – pure magic, there are no other words for it!
Very pretty silky waters with deep reflections and shadows!
Such lovely patterns in the water. Crabbing? I’ve never been crabbing. I bet it was fun! Hope you have a super week ahead Sara 🙂
Beautiful photo. Makes me long for another road trip. I can never get enough beautiful scenery, and althought the photo is great, there is nothing like savoring the view in person. (not to mention the crab)
Peace.
Great shot, love the soft ripples of the water.
Just magnificent — breathtaking.
Nice balance!
Love this Sara — not only is there an island shadow, but the rippled water makes some very interesting abstract art.
Love the shadows and reflections…great picture!
It looks like I could touch the water surface. Interesting perspective, beautiful photo!
