Late summer rose bouquet
I picked these roses, hydrangeas and cosmos in my garden in late September. Oh, what a couple of months does! I think people love flowers so much because they are so fleeting, but their brief perfection seems to reach our emotions like little else.
Visit Today’s Flowers, Color Carnival and Shadow Shot Sunday for more interesting photos. This one is straight out of the camera, too.
If there is only the bouquet photo showing, do click on Sara’s Fave Photos for the complete blog.

Oh, Sara, how lovely!! Did you arrange that bouquet? That’s not something I’m particularly good at, although I do try. ~karen

Yes, I arrange them. Who else would do it? I grew them, I picked them, I arranged them, and I photographed them, just like the little red hen. But you can enjoy them!

Very impressive blooms, and an equally impressive photo Sara. Thanks for sharing these beauties and thank you also for stopping by. I’m a little late but I wanted to say how much I appreciated your comment.

A lovely array from your garden Sara. I recognise a few that are also at home in mine.
Your weather must be more benign than ours. Here they are either crisped up by the searing wind or lately have all their petals ripped off by bucketing rain.

Hello Sarah,
Your bouquet is just lovely! I just love roses and hydrangeas. I just wish that hydrangeas would grow in the desert.
I think the link you used for MGB works perfectly. I will be posting December’s MGB around the 20th and you can also add your link to that post as well if you like.
Thank you so much for participating!
