Pink rhododendrons with speckled throats
You can’t beat the Pacific Northwest when it comes to rhododendrons. Some tower over the landscape, some are solidly covered with blooms, some are just thrilling in their abundance. I only wish for fragrance, but I’m like that. An iffy bloom with fragrance trumps stupendous with none, or I’d like to think so. Color combos like this one, however, make me set that prejudice aside!

beautiful shades of pink and red
it would be nice if they had an aroma – I imagine they’d smell like peppermint 🙂

Whoa! That is a fine image — love the way you composed and exposed this shot. Such a ubiquitous flower we don’t usually take notice — BUT, your pic has changed that for me. Thanks!

Such a lovely photo… I love the look of rhododendrons, but they make me sneeze something awful! -)

Hi there, I stumbled onto your webpage while trying to find tips for plants for my wedding and reception. You have some excellent pics here. What are their titles it is good to find out? I’d love to use some of them on my own arrangements. Thanks a lot. Ella Watson
