Ice on branches
This is from the ice storm three weeks ago. That was really something. The ice was already beginning to melt when I finally was able to get outside to take some photos. We were lucky and our power never went out, although I heard later that people fairly close did lose power for a couple-three days. I am so very grateful we didn’t. I hope you get some every-day luck like that, too.

Nice shot:)
A lovely shot!
I wish you a Happy Wednesday!
This looks amazing to me.
Great photo!
I like the curvy lines of the branches, and the contrast of dark branches and white snow.
Happy Wordless Wednesday!

Good job. It can be difficult to get a good ice shot.
We have been getting a lot of freezing rain this winter, so I am too familiar with this phenomenon, but I still love the way you have captured it!!
Well, this is an AWESOME macro and a great composition.
Oh my … I can’t imagine that sort of ice storm. Hope I never do, but it’s beautiful to look at. We do good to get a few flakes of snow every few years down here.
Stay warm!
Icy!
Ice like that is so pretty…and so distructive.
Beautiful!! I love ice and snow in photography.
Love it! Nice close up.
Hey, Sara! Are you the same Sara with whom I sold World Book many moons ago??? Please let me know! So long, DINA ANGRESS.
Lovely as long as I don’t have to drive in it.
