Sunset over Puget Sound
We went to an event at Pike Place Market yesterday on my birthday, and forget all about the artisanal food and wine going on—there was a scenic sunset moment that got all my attention. With a seagull!

Puget Sound is one of my favorite spots on earth…I feel the same about my Pacifica, CA area and several other parts of our wonderful world.

The more of your post I read, the more I want August to hurry on up and get here. This sunset is heavenly. My husband and my son are going hiking on the Pacific Crest Trail, so I will be left at the house with my camera and their 2 boys. His wife will be at work in Seattle. I did not have my Rebel the last time I visited and did not have my photography blog, so this time I will be in seventh heaven. Thanks for the gorgeous shot. genie

This is my first time visiting your blog and I have to say…WoW! Your photography is amazing! I love all the flowers and this sunset with the seagull is terrific! I see we have some things in common starting with living in Washington. You and I have birthdays in April. I also love taking pics from my digital camera although I doubt if I will ever have photos as perfect as yours. I seem to take photos of flowers or trees on the most part but recently had a squirrel pose quite nicely for me and although it was a typical rainy, gray day, I wasn’t going to let that opportunity pass.
Anyway, I am so happy I paid a visit to your blog – Thanks for sharing on Pink Saturday!
