My rose garden
This year the roses in front of my house are doing very well indeed. I fertilized them at the right time and it made all the difference. The sweet alyssum border reseeded itself very vigorously and just adds to the general fragrance. Wish you could come to my house and I’d pick some for you.

So many years ago when my husband was stationed in Seattle with the Navy, we moved into a house in the Greenwood area and was greeted with a huge bouquet of roses from a neighbor. Seattle seems to be the place to grow beautiful roses. I’d never seen any so lovely.
I’m back for weekend flowers. 🙂
