Cactus flower
Taken recently at Seattle’s Volunteer Park Conservatory. The amazing irony of a cactus in bloom! The flowers are very small, perhaps a centimeter or so, or less than half an inch.
More themed photos at Macro Monday, I Heart Macro Saturday, Today’s Flowers, Floral Friday, Weekend Flowers, Thursday Floral Love, Ruby Tuesday 2, Pink Saturday and Straight out of the Camera Sunday. Have a great day and thanks so much for stopping by.
Lovely cactus, the flowers have that glossy papery look.
Stunning flowers!
Fabulous colour burst here.

Gorgeous! I love cacti. They have amazing flowers.
I am always amazed of the blooms of cacti. Striking beauty among the thorns!
These little guys are so pretty. Love their little blooms.
Thanks for telling me about this post. I don’t use a linky anymore for Cactus Monday as the players dwindled to nothing but be sure and tell if you post something as I will always come and enjoy.
