Birch tree in autumn
This photo was taken exactly one year ago, but the recent rain and wind has mostly taken the pretty leaves around the neighborhood by now, this year. Don’t you think this looks a bit like a pointillist painting?
Linking up to Monday Mellow Yellows, Pink Saturday, Scenic Weekends, Outdoor Wednesday, Nature Notes Wednesday, Saturday Show Off and My Romantic Home. Thank you for stopping by; come back soon!

It is like a pointillist painting!! I love the contrast between the leaves and the ferns bordering the path!

This is wonderful…. I will probably have to use the box type grid under the weekly Nature Notes blogger collage instead of a column as my fine motor skills are not great this week from my ms….. Michelle

Like colours fluttering across the scene. And yes! Natural pointillisme.
Nature Notes (#237)~It is the life of the crystal, the architect of the flake, the fire of the frost, the soul of the sunbeam. This crisp winter air is full of it. ~John Burroughs, “Winter Sunshine” | ~RAMBLING WOODS~ on 25 Nov 2013 at 1:09 pm #
