Ohanapecosh River
We went camping last week, southeast of Mt. Rainier in Washington. At first the local river, the Ohanapecosh River (pronounced o-HANA-puh-cosh), was clear and gorgeous.
Then (bonus image time!) it rained very, very hard. Here is the same river, a few miles upstream, after much rain.

What beauty in the gorgeous river..splendid..especially the first one is super!
I would never be able to pronounce that river…but what a beautiful setting!! Magical and magnificent.
What a wonderful river. The first looks so peaceful but after heavy rains, it becomes a raging one. Great shots.
I love seeing photos of water and yours are great.
Hiking in such a place must be so fulfilling… Breathe for us, my dear.
