Volunteer Park Conservatory flowerbed
I was at the Volunteer Park Conservatory in the evening last week. Love the long summer days!
Linking up to Our World Tuesday, Monday Mellow Yellows, Ruby Tuesday 2, Outdoor Wednesday, Wednesday Around the World (WATW), Floral Friday, Today’s Flowers, Skywatch Friday, Scenic Weekends, Pink Saturday, Straight out of the Camera Sunday, and Saturday Show Off. Thanks so much for your visit here and hope to see you again soon.

Beautiful, thanks for sharing Sara. This is a place I dearly would like to visit again one day.
I supposed this is taken care by volunteers. We have a garden called Eden Garden, volunteers take care of the garden. When they die, there is a plaque with their name.
Actually, Ann, the Volunteer Park Conservatory in Seattle is handled by the Parks Department, part of the City of Seattle. They employ gardeners and other staff. They do use volunteers, but mostly for things like staffing the giftshop and leading tours and such.
I’d love to tour through that conservatory – I bet it’s amazing!
