Not sure if this is dill or fennel, growing outside the window of a house built in the 1890s in Port Townsend, WA.

Rubbing between your fingers so you can feel what it smells!
Looks like dill, but it is fast on the scent you feel a difference.
Many dill flowers we have in the pot when we boil our crayfish. August is the month crayfish-party in Sweden, and there are many Dill flowers in the gardens for cooking at this time.
