I think this is a dogwood, but not sure. In any case, this was taken before today’s big wind. Ah, the fleeting beauty of autumn leaves.

Yes, a dogwood. It’s lovely! I used to always enjoy their color in the Fall!
Very pretty! We had a gust the other day and leaves flew everywhere. The dog thought they were attacking and all I could do was laugh.

Autumn has been very unusual and I don’t think has colorful as the past couple of years. The colors are just not coming together at the same time this year. Oh, well maybe next year. Have a blessed week.
We have several trees with their red autumn colors and then a big wind and ‘pouf’ all gone.

A very attractive tree. I have a dogwood, but it doesn’t like our climate very much. I wished mine looked like that one.
