Seattle skyline
Here’s a shot of Seattle approaching from the south, showing progress on the new tunnel construction. I think the yellow cylinders are where the tunnel boring started, moving north. At one time not so very long ago, the Smith Tower on the far right, the pointy one, was the tallest building in Seattle!

It looks kinda surreal. The grey sky with the colour of the buildings almost make it look like a computer generated image from a Playstation game.
Been wanting to see it for myself.
I live nearby – wish the grey sky and building colors were a computer generated image 🙂 — we need some Seattle sun and summer!
We’ve traveled to Seattle many times, but it’s been years since our last visit. Amazing how many tall buildings have been added. The same is happening here in Austin. The skyline looks totally different, and huge cranes dot the view as more buildings are being built each day.
