Painted old house
San Francisco isn’t the only town with beautifully painted old houses. This painted lady lives in the University District of Seattle, on “The Avenue.”

The colors remind me of the houses in Bermuda So much detail- Just beautiful!
A ‘painted lady’ is beautiful wherever she is, and I love some of Seattle’s older hillside neighbourhoods that look so much like San Francisco.

Sara,
How cheerful, pink is my favorite color!
Curious as a Cathy
Cannot imagine ever not being in a cheery mood living in such a fun painted house.

That sure brings out the detail in the structure. – Margy
I am not sure I have ever seen the cross-pieces on the eaves painted that way. Neato!
Very unique painting style!
