Hardy fuchsia in my garden
Hardy fuchsia is very good in the fall garden, still going strong. Blooms in shade or sun. They look like earrings to me. What do they look like to you?

The fuchsia is lovely. Mine are all only semi hardy so grow in large pots which are moved to the greenhouse through the winter.
They look like great hummingbird food to me! But I don’t know about your tropical plants, so I’m probably wrong. They are gorgeous.
