View from Seahurst Park
Nothing like a waterfront park, is there? Seahurst Park, this little gem of a local park in Burien, Washington, looks out over Puget Sound to some islands and the Olympic Mountains in the distance. I think it’s lovely in the late afternoon, with the soft light falling on the new grass, happy with all the rain we’ve been getting. The leaves are going to sleep, but the lawns are waking up!

Great scene.
What a great spot. There’s a spot almost like this at the lake near me. For a moment I thought it was the same. Happy WW!
Even though it is cold, I have to get to the Lake.
Really beautiful spot framed by the leafy tree branches. Very nice capture. Happy WW

I agree! I LOVE waterfront parks!
beautiful composition 🙂
That view over the water is simply beautiful! I am so glad that you have some vegetation waking up, as all of ours is settling in for hibernation!
I can just imagine how nice it would be to sit under that tree and take in the beauty of it all.
Love the snow caps!
Your photo is so lovely. I especially like the chop on the water.
